As permitted by the Local Authorities (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020 No.392 the meeting will be conducted online. Please submit any questions in advance via the Parish Clerk

1. Receive apologies for absence
2. Approve minutes of the meeting held 15th March 2021
3. Receive declarations of interest in any items on the agenda and consider granting of any dispensations
4. Public Participation
Standing Orders will be suspended for a period of up to 15 minutes to allow members of the public to address the Council in relation to the business on the agenda or request matters to be discussed at a subsequent meeting. Please note that this is limited to a maximum of 3 minutes per member.

a. Receive and approve schedule of receipts & payments
b. Receive current bank balances and reconciliation
c. Receive an update on the current position for Community Infrastructure Levy
12. Other matters requiring a decision:
a. Review and agree the Parish Council insurance for 2021/2022
b. Agree date for a Community Litter Pick
c. Agree the grass cutting contribution from Bedford Borough Council
d. Review and agree the Scheme of Delegation and the Business Continuity Plan
