Will be held Wednesday 05th May 2021 at 19:30

All members are hereby summoned to attend. Members of the Public and Press are welcome.

As permitted by the Local Authorities (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020 No.392 the meeting will be conducted online.

2. Declaration of Acceptance of Office by the Chair

3. Apologies for Absence

4. Declarations of Interest

5. Elect a Vice Chair

6. Assign additional responsibilities to Councillors:

• Committee Membership
• Representation on other bodies
• Any other additional responsibilities

7. Approve minutes of the Meeting held 26th April 2021

8. Audit and Annual Return 2020-2021

• Receive and accept the Internal Audit Report 2020-2021
• Agree the Annual Governance Statements 2020-2021
• Agree the Accounting Statement 2020-2021

9. Public Participation
Standing Orders will be suspended to allow members of the public to address the Council. Please note that this is limited to a maximum of 3 minutes per member.
