3. Receive declarations of interest in any items on the agenda and consider granting of any dispensations
4. Public Participation

a. Agree area, schedule and quotation for extension of grass cutting contract to incorporate new 30mph section on Bedford Road.
b. Agree additional grass cutting contribution from Bedford Borough Council and schedule of payment
c. Report any Highways issues
d. Consider information regarding regular tree inspections and agree quotation
e. Consider tree and hedge planting opportunities and agree action
f. Consider taking part in The Queen’s Jubilee Beacons
g. Consider and agree maintenance requirements for the churchyard including the wall.
h. Receive information on a project to roll out FTTP capability and agree action
9. Planning
a. Update on decisions from recent planning applications
b. Discuss and agree comments for application 21/01464/FUL. Single storey rear extension. Swallow Cottage, 7 Willington Road, Cople, Bedford, Bedfordshire MK44 3TH
c. Consider concerns raised by resident regarding New Road Farm
d. Consider and agree response to the Local Plan 2040 consultation.
10. Finance
a. Receive and approve schedule of receipts & payments
b. Receive current bank balances and reconciliation
c. Receive a budget update
d. Receive an update on the current position for Community Infrastructure Levy
e. Agree change from a branch only bank account to a Treasurers Account and consider any changes to the passbook Savings Account
