1. Receive apologies for absence
2. Approve minutes of the meeting held 18th January 2021
3. Receive declarations of interest in any items on the agenda and consider granting of any dispensations
4. Public Participation
Standing Orders will be suspended for a period of up to 15 minutes to allow members of the public to address the Council in relation to the business on the agenda or request matters to be discussed at a subsequent meeting. Please note that this is limited to a maximum of 3 minutes per member.

a. Discuss and agree quotation for tree works in the churchyard

c. Agree use of CIL for the installation of two street lights
d. Assess need to carry out maintenance at the church car park and to the hedge opposite Woodlands Close

f. Report any Highways issues
10. Planning
a. Update on decisions from recent planning applications
b. Agree comments on the following application:
• 21/00480/LDE Cert of Lawful Use and Dev (existing) Application. Lawful use of the unit for B8 Storage. Unit at Wood End Farm Water End Cople Bedford
c. Agree any subsequent comments on the following appeal:
• Inspectorate number – APP/K0235/W/20/3264533. Outline application with all matters reserved for residential development of up to 5 dwellings on land rear of 14-20 Northill Road
11. Finance
a. Receive and approve schedule of receipts & payments
b. Receive current bank balances and reconciliation
c. Agree additional signatory for the Lloyds bank accounts and agree authorising of payments until updates made
