2. Approve minutes of the meeting held 16th November 2020
3. Receive declarations of interest in any items on the agenda and consider granting of any dispensations
4. Public Participation

b. Updates on current planning enforcement matters and agree any actions– New Road Farm, Willington Road, Dog Exercise Field and Wood End Farm.
c. Consider request from Colmworth Parish Council for views or objections to the proposal for Denybrook Garden Village.
d. Agree comments on the following applications:
• 20/02984/FUL and 20/02985/LBC. Single storey infill extension between main dwelling and wall and creation of two new apertures. Cople Cottage, 34 Northill Road, Cople.
