2. Receive declarations of interest in any items on the agenda and consider granting of any dispensations (19:31)
3. Approve minutes of the meeting held on the 18th November 2024 (19:32)

e. Review Effectiveness of Internal Audit and Risk Assessment
f. Review and acceptance of Financial Regulations
9. Green Infrastructure – includes Millennium Woods and Rights of Way (20:40)
a. Update on maintenance arrangements for 2025/2026
b. Discuss access from the Millennium Woods onto the adjacent bridleway and possible signage to request that dogs be kept under close control
c. Discuss the new benches for the Millennium Woods
d. Review ownership of drainage ditches adjacent to the Millennium Woods
e. Discuss and agree the grass cutting contract
f. Discuss Right of Way 7 and re-establishment of an additional path
g. Discuss Public Spaces Protection Orders and any relevant areas for an order in Cople
10. Amenity & Highways (20:55)
a. Report any Highways issues
b. Discuss speed data and information from the police and a resident for Grange Lane
c. Discuss the possibility of introducing road markings and rumble strips and possible locations
d. Discuss and agree renewal of the street lighting maintenance contract and the storage of the Christmas lighting
e. Discuss a proposal for a horse pelican crossing across the A603 to the bridleway by Dog Farm to facilitate horse riding using the bridleway network
11. Planning (21:10)
a. Update on decisions from recent planning applications
b. Discuss the costs for a Housing Needs Survey and agree next steps
