I hereby give notice that a Meeting of Cople Parish Council will be held Monday 16th September 2024 at 7.30pm at Cople Village Hall

All members are hereby summoned to attend. Members of the Public and Press are welcome.

1. Receive and approve apologies for absence (19:30)

2. Receive declarations of interest in any items on the agenda and consider granting of any dispensations (19:31)

3. Confirm the minutes of the meeting held 15th July 2024 (19:32)

4. Public Participation (19:33)

Standing Orders will be suspended for a period of up to 15 minutes to allow members of the public to address the Council in relation to the business on the agenda or request matters to be discussed at a subsequent meeting. Please note that this is limited to a maximum of 3 minutes per member.

b. Agreement of Terms of Reference for the Events Group and for a Green Infrastructure Group

c. Discuss issues with the emptying of dog waste bins and agree any action

9. Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group update and agreement of recommendations (20:30)

a. Receive update from the Events Working Group and discuss and agree recommendations for the following events:
• Halloween
• Christmas

b. Discuss and agree arrangements for Remembrance Sunday

11. Millennium Woods (20:50)

a. Discuss and agree the Management Plan 2025-2029

b. Discuss and agree management and maintenance arrangements for 2024/2025

c. Agree Woodland Trust agent authority form

d. Discuss and agree application for a felling licence from the Forestry Commission

e. Discuss and agree quotations for tree works

f. Discuss the relocation of right of way sign to position by the information board

g. Discuss purchase of picnic tables and funding

12. Amenity & Highways (21:05)

c. Discuss forming a Right of Way group and the offer of support from a volunteer group
