Agenda

All members are hereby summoned to attend. Members of the Public and Press are welcome.

1. Receive apologies for absence

2. Receive declarations of interest in any items on the agenda and consider granting of any dispensations

3. Approve minutes of the meeting held 26th September 2022

4. Discuss the nomination for the Councillor vacancy and agree co-option

5. Public Participation

a. Report any Highways issues
b. Consider and agree quotations for a mobile SID.
c. Agree quotation for annual maintenance for the activated speed signs
d. Discuss parking issues associated with the use of Bedford Girls’ School playing field and agree action
e. Discuss and agree winter maintenance works for the Millennium Woods
f. Consider Christmas decorations/lights for the village
g. Discuss the electricity supplier for the streetlighting and agree action

a. Update on decisions from recent planning applications

c. Agree comments for Bedford Borough Council Trees SPD and Greyfriars North SPD Consultations
