I hereby give notice that a Meeting of Cople Parish Council will be held Monday 10th July 2023 at 7.30pm at Cople Village Hall
Agenda
All members are hereby summoned to attend. Members of the Public and Press are welcome.
1. Receive apologies for absence
2. Approve minutes of the meeting held 15th May 2023
3. Receive declarations of interest in any items on the agenda and consider granting of any dispensations
4. Discuss and agree Councillor Co-option
5. Public Participation
Standing Orders will be suspended for a period of up to 15 minutes to allow members of the public to address the Council in relation to the business on the agenda or request matters to be discussed at a subsequent meeting. Please note that this is limited to a maximum of 3 minutes per member.

a. Discuss the data from the post 16 transport to education survey and agree next steps
b. Agree the design for the boundary signs and discuss and agree arrangements for the installation.
c. Discuss the relocation of the existing Cople boundary signs
d. Discuss maintenance of the Millenium Woods
e. Discuss areas of focus and additional Councillor responsibilities, including the Millenium Woods and Parish Council Facebook page and agree action
f. Discuss involvement of the Primary School in future litter picks and the purchase of equipment

a. Receive and approve schedule of receipts & payments
b. Receive current bank balances and reconciliation

d. Update on credit with HMRC
e. Update on amendment of signatories for the Parish Council bank accounts
f. Discuss and agreement movement of Parish Council funds between accounts
11. Amenity & Highways
a. Report any Highways issues
b. Discuss issues with verge parking in the parish
c. Discuss maintenance of the Parish Council noticeboards

a. Update on decisions from recent planning applications
